Open Records Requests

All Open Records Requests are handled by Kathleen Kennedy, Executive Director of Communications & Community Relations.
Public record requests will be taken during business hours, Monday through Friday. The turnaround time for requests will take place as soon as possible and are relative to the responsible party’s regularly scheduled workload.  A reasonable fee will be charged for the cost of reproduction of documents and document search for individuals, companies and the media.More

OKCPS Business Card Requests

Who is eligible for business cards:
*At the school sites: Principals and Assistant Principals only; and
*Central Office and Service Center employees subject to supervisor's approval.
In order for the OKCPS Graphics/Print Shop to produce your business cards, please fill out an online submission form found on the OKCPS intranet.

OKCPS Print Shop Requests

Print Shop requests include: letter head, envelopes and forms.
Please fill out the online print shop request form found in the OKCPS intranet section under staff tools.
Additionally, you can "scan to email" your document and Print Request From directly to the Communications Department using any Lexmark device. More

Black or White Copy Requests

Copy Requests for black and white documents are handled in the Copy office located in Room 410 at the OKCPS Central Office.
Please fill out a copy request form found in the OKCPS Intranet under staff tools.More
