Activity Fund software is undergoing a software upgrade from MAS to WenGage. Scheduled implementation is July 1, 2011. Phase II implementation will upgrade Purchase Requisition (PR), Purchase Order (PO) and Vendor procedures, scheduled for January 1, 2012. Please watch for updates on this website and from District Communications regarding WenGage training and implementation updates.

Important Deadlines:
Monthly Report Deadline: 10th of Each Month
June 30: General Fund reimbursements (Lost Textbooks etc.)
September 1: Annual State Department of Education Financial Reporting (State Tape)
September 15: Activity Fund Budgets Due
January 31: Contractor reporting for IRS 1099 reporting (all payments to individuals who are NOT employees of the District must be reported.
