The Fixed Assets Department is responsible for all accounting related to Fixed Assets of the District. Generally, a Fixed Asset is any tangible purchase that has a useful life over one year and is valued over $2,500. The maintenance or repair of a current fixed asset that increases the life or capacity of the original asset should also be capitalized.

When creating a Purchase Requisition for a Fixed Asset, please contact Fixed Assets HELP for a fixed asset number.
