Welcome to the Department of Career & Technology Education (CTE) of the Oklahoma City Public School District.  The CTE department is dedicated to helping every student succeed.  CTE classes are offered in grades 6-12.  Technology Education classes are available for all Middle School students.  When a student enters high school they have seven occupational areas from which they may enroll.  Some of the areas included are : Accounting, Agriscience, Child Care, Computer Technology, Construction,  Food Service, Graphic & Video Production, Horticulture, Marketing, Web Design and Welding.

 The Career & Technology Education department is located in the Administration Building at 900 N. Klein in Oklahoma City.  The department provides leadership, technical assistance, resources, and works with building administrators and program instructors to assure standards of excellence for CTE programs in the Oklahoma City Public School District.  The district offers 68 state funded programs in its middle and comprehensive high schools.
