Language and Cultural Services through Title III, provides limited English speaking students with appropriate programs, instruction, and opportunities to attend a school staffed with specially-trained professionals to enable students to achieve academic competency in English. These services are provided by teachers, facilitators, and bilingual paraprofessionals in schools where English Language Learners (ELLs) are identified.
Language and Cultural Service also provides professional development opportunities to promote highly qualified ELL personnel, quality instruction, and a variety of materials and resources to schools, classrooms, students and parents to enhance the English language learning experience.
